I believe this easy technique has been criticized in the past because of difficult patterns and a lack of easy to use tools and supplies. Learn to use a preprinted paper pattern on specifically formuated paper (provided) and how to use the 1/4" add-a-quater rulter to simplify your paper piecing process. Please bring a 1/4" add-a-quater ruler with you, a solid background fabric, and scraps. You can also bring a honey bun (1 1/4" fabric in a jelly roll format). Cut a small portion of your background in 1 1/4" strips before you come to class.
